Philip Colby is an investment advisor with Raymond James & Associates. Phil joined Raymond James in June 2008. As part of a group, he opened the first office for Raymond James & Associates here in Rochester.

He has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He is a graduate from the State University of New York at Brockport, where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer programming.

Phil is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed. As well as Life and Health Insurance licensed.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for Charles Settlement House Inc. A human services agency located in Rochester New York.

Phil served as Board Treasurer for two years. He currently sits on the finance committee and is chairman of the development committee.

He resides in Fairport New York. He and his wife Cathy are parents of three children; Steve, Mike and Caitlin.
